Very nicely decorated. Unfortunately the cappuccino didn't taste good and the service employee never came to check out.

I changed the shisha three times and it's always too bad as you can see it !! I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied

We had breakfast there. Breakfast was ok, but many things were packed. The smoking area, which you noticed very strongly, was annoying.

We were there for lunch, I cannot recommend it, on the one hand the menu that is available for download on the Internet is not correct for the dishes and the prices, then there is no coffee there either, and when asked, the taciturn unfriendly wait staff just shrugs along the shoulders. 2 stars because you could eat the too small salad with chicken to some extent, all in all disappointing!

First let us order and then when the drinks had we were told that we had to go in because the terrace was closed! Not even had two sips, paid, left and never again !!

Inviting from the outside, the interior also good. In terms of the audience, however, not my thing at all, mostly larger groups, everything full of shisha smoke and, unpleasantly, normal cigarettes were also smoked. Service quite overwhelmed, but tried hard, the cocktails weren't even average

Was there on a Thursday evening around 10 a.m., the restaurant was well attended, we were warmly welcomed and immediately got a free seat without a reservation. Large selection of tobacco, the shisha tasted good and lasted a long time. Coal was changed when necessary. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the price-performance ratio was definitely right.

Fantastic location to smoke a shisha, or to have a drink and something to eat. You can also have super nice conversations with the staff and no wish remains unfulfilled! Individual beverage requests are followed up without hesitation and the guest gets their money's worth!

I visited on a weekday noon. It was a quiet, calm and fashionable interior. I ordered a cappuccino with cream on it, but the original menu contained sake and I was able to get it out. It was very delicious. Also, the owner who has been in Japan for about 18 years? Asked me to have a fun conversation.

Very cool spot. Offering upbeat music, great drink selections for any mood and comfortable furnishings. This place is also located in a very convenient area and is easy to find.

Nicely located near Bizmarkplaz. Asked for a Mai Tai and it was there in about 5 minutes - about 3 groups of people were there at that time. Luckily got Happy Hour price on that, as it normally would have been a little bit on the expensive side. In regard to the drink, I found it to be very nice, well balanced and prepared. Would come again.

the eggs served(the one in the button of the pic) are not fresh and smell terrible. You can tell the difference even based on the color of the egg. Also, the price is indeed expensive compared to other places nearby.

Unfortunately disappointed ☹️! The current staff was not satisfactory. We had ordered ice chocolate as listed on the menu (with vanilla ice cream and cream). There were already many misunderstandings when ordering. Finally, unfortunately, I got iced coffee. We let one go back and had to explain to the waitress again what ice chocolate is, and that's on the menu. Then 10 minutes later the ice chocolate came like in the picture ?‍♂. The whole thing is so disappointing because there is actually a nice atmosphere here. What good is the nice ambience if the service and quality are poor ?! Despite the waiting times and poor service, we were very polite here. A blonde service employee wanted to start a discussion with me about this, it doesn't work at all! Our rating is considered a criticism to improve something. Please do not get this wrong. Promise to get well soon!

We felt drawn to the beautiful exterior facade and wanted to have breakfast here ... Unfortunately, the Cavaly is more appearance than it is. A breakfast consisted of 2 cheap rolls, 10g butter, 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of sausage and some scrambled eggs. Purchase price: approx. 1 €. Sales price: € 11.50 The other "Classic" breakfast was advertised as "basic" and really deserves this name (see photo). Cost: € 8.50. Another breakfast soaked in fat and was therefore inedible (see second photo). The operation is completely overwhelmed. Half of the food came relatively quickly, the other half only after 45 minutes. The wish to pay and leave was ignored twice. Drinks were okay, but completely overpriced for the quality offered. I can't explain how a shop that offers such an inferior service can hold up, there are probably enough tourists who stop here once, are disappointed and then never come back, but I can only recommend all people to avoid that To make Cavaly.

Cool pub situated in the middle of Heidelberg. They offer different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with Sheesah in different flavors. Sheesah costs around 8-10 euros.

Received the wrong breakfast order but the service had been very slow so didn't want to wait for another order. Food was okay. Coffee was very good.

Disgusting toilets, unfriendly workers, weird Food and high Prices for The service/goods that are offered! The Cavalli Looks Good At The First glance, But if you Look closer, it is filthy and dirty.

Super annoying - very Cosy and nicely decorated place, but the rest you can forget - completely ignorant/ignoring service - u can wait for ages to be recognized as a customer and even more to be served afterwards, prices high too

- On a rather idle night, staff was more busy playing with the phones than serving the customers - The happy hour sign was proudly standing by the entrance... but declared by staff as "not valid tonight because the sign is not street facing" (!!!) - staff refused to remove the sign or to offer any kind of apologies. They were happy when we said we'd never come again.

Nice place in the heart of the city. Near to the old town of Heidelberg,this corner offers great drinks and snacks, you can also enjoy salads and meals. Worth a visit.

Lovely terrace in the sun! Beautiful decorated restaurant. I ordered a latte macchiatto and a classis hamburger. Very good homemade burger, everything tasted good. Friendly staff and good service, although a bit slow.

It took them forever to take our oder, even if there was no much customer...they weren't intersted to come to our table for some reason! And after all that we got the wrong order -:( I will not recommend it, except that you waiting for a train or bus and you don't need to stand in cold ?

I'd like this place a lot more if it wasn't always reeking of tobacco smoke inside.
